Who Are We? OnLoop is a multi-platform app for teams that builds the habit of reflection, feedback and learning to help everyone develop superpowers (and overcome blindspots). Through personalised, data-driven learning and cutting-edge, AI-powered analysis, OnLoop aims to build a less biased and more productive workplace culture. Founded in April 2020, we raised a $2m seed round by November—all within six months of writing the first line of code.

The Problem we are Solving Given the lack of purpose-built technology and the numerous tools developed with an HR-first mindset, managers like our founders have struggled to bring out the best in their people. Think of a world prior to Zoom, Slack and Microsoft Teams. For managers developing their teams, that is the world today. Not great. The intention exists, the time doesn’t. We’ve been there. The shift to a distributed workplace has only made the pain significantly more acute. OnLoop is a bottoms-up SaaS company and we aim to solve the end user pain, i.e. managers and org leaders of high performing and development focused teams around the world across industries like tech, retail, healthcare, consulting, etc in various stages of growth; start-ups or MNCs. Our pilots range across companies like Snap, H&M, Uber and Google.

Technical Abilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Javascript
• Node.js
• ReactJS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Typescript
• Google Cloud Platform or AWS or Microsoft Azure experience
• Familiar with Document based database technologies like NoSQL

Scope of work:

Developing features and functionality for the several products within OnLoop, namely:

1. Core OnLoop app (both mobile & web versions)
2. Admin Portal (Internal web tool used for customer success issues)
3. OnLoop Slack App (An integration between OnLoop and Slack)

The Junior SE's will be responsible for:

• Implementing features to the given requirement.
• Writing tests to ensure code quality.
• Writing documentation for the implemented feature, including design docs and other relevant details.
